The SG7 Pro is a high speed, high volume generator which can produce excellent quality colloidal silver at the rate of about 2 gallons per hour at a concentration of 5 PPM. It only takes 1 hour to make a gallon of 10 PPM or 1 1/2 hours for 15 PPM. For any one looking for large volumes of colloidal silver this is the generator to use.
The SG7 Pro shares some functions with the SG6. It has variable PPM control, constant current output and automatic shutoff. The silver electrodes are also self cleaning with no need to wipe them off after making a batch of CS. It's necessary to allow settling of the CS before draining since there is a circulating pump in the container that keeps all particles in motion until the pump is turned off. The particles of elemental silver which are continually being removed from the self cleaning electrodes normally fall to the bottom of the production container after the pump is turned off. Once those particles have settled you merely open the spigot on the container and allow the liquid to drop into your storage containers. You can also filter the colloidal silver if desired.
The current flow on the SG7 Pro is 30 times that of our standard models, so it produces CS 30 times faster in the same amount of water. We rate the output to be from 5 to 15 PPM but we actually calibrate these units to produce over 20 PPM at the "High" setting. That way you can be assured of getting at least 15 PPM or more if you want.
The strut and electrode assembly sits on top of the container provided with the unit but can be used with any suitable sized container. The electrode assembly is removable from the strut and easily replaceable.
The container provided is 5 gallons in size and is FDA approved for food service. When the electrode assembly is placed on top of the container the electrodes are immersed in the water about 5 inches. The electrode assembly is composed of 4 silver plates, each 1.5" wide. This electrode assembly has approximately 15 times the surface area of our SG6 Auto model. The electrode assembly is attached to the cross strut with through bolts and nylon wing nuts. It is replaceable and includes a 6 foot cord which plugs into the generator. The electrode assembly may be placed on any convenient sized container other than the one supplied by SilverGen. The only difference will be the processing time. Larger volumes of water will require a proportionately longer run time to produce the same PPM.
The container is supplied with a tight fitting lid so you can lift the electrode assembly off, store all components inside, and seal it from external contamination when not in use. This allows for easy storage of all system components.
As you can see from the picture above, the SG7 Pro contains electronics rather than a transformer or a few batteries as do many other units on the market. This is state of the art circuitry for producing colloidal silver.
