No detail has been overlooked. A superb execution of Dr. Clark’s Zapper, mass produced by real engineers at a very low price, so anyone who wants to experiment can do so with confidence.
Why is the Zapper C3i manually operated instead of automatic? Because Dr. Clark no longer recommends the typical 7 minutes on/20 minutes off ( 7-20-7-20-7) procedure. She suggests “duration zapping”; in other words, turn it on and leave it on.
Why doesn't the Zapper C3i have any other selectable frequencies? Because virtually ALL of the testimonials that are available for the Zapper are based on the original circuit, which used a single frequency of approximately 30KHz. The original circuit seems to work flawlessly, so, as the theory goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." The only extra feature is a wrist strap, which is also being used by a number of other manufacturers and has been added for user convenience. The easier it is to use a zapper the more likely it is that it will be used. The Zapper C3i is as straightforward and easy as it gets.
