Zapper (40)

What is a Zapper?

The Zapper is a small battery-powered electronic device developed in the mid 90’s by Dr. Hulda Clark and her son, Geoff Clark. It is used to help the body get rid of parasites, viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi, etc. by applying an electrical current to the body, typically thru contact with the skin.

The Zapper is NOT the same as a Bob Beck Pulser/Zapper device. Click here to read about the differences.

What is the standard zapping mode for the Super Zapper DeLuxe?

The Super Zapper Deluxe uses two modes of operation when not using a Program Driver or Smart Key.

  • Continuous zapping – the zapper stays on for an hour or until you turn it off
  • Standard zapping program – the zapper runs an auto-program of zapping for 7 minutes, followed by a 20 minute rest period, another 7 minutes of zapping, another 20 minute rest period, and a final 7 minutes of zapping. It shuts off automatically at the end of the final 7 minutes of zapping.

How long does it take to Zap all of my Parasites?

The length of time varies widely with each person. Each of us is unique and our internal “biological terrain”, including our level of parasite infestation, can be very different, even within the same family. It is impossible to give any accurate answer to how long it takes to clear parasites.

A good rule of thumb is to give any parasite cleanse procedure a minimum of 30 days. If you are using an herbal parasite cleanse it may only last about 3 weeks; that’s okay.

The general recommendation for using a zapper is a minimum of 1 hour daily for 30 days. If you can do more than an hour a day, do it. If you can do more than 30 days in the beginning, do it.

Do as much as you feel comfortable with and remember one very important fact:

You can’t get every parasite in the body, regardless of what you do. The only solution is to develop a long-term maintanence procedure so that, once you do your initial parasite cleanse, you can keep as clean as possible without a lot of effort.

Is the Zapper ZHC5 being discontinued?

Yes.  Once existing inventory has been sold no more will be manufactured.

What is a Zapper and how does it work?

The Zapper is a small battery powered electronic device that was developed by Dr. Hulda Clark and her son, Geoff Clark. They initially were trying to build a portable device that would “zap” (eliminate) the Human Intestinal Fluke parasite quickly and conveniently. They discovered that their device not only eliminated the Fluke, but also eliminated virtually every other parasite, virus, bacteria, mold, fungi, etc., that the current could reach.  It was a truly astounding discovery, and one with far-reaching implications in the health field.

This device can be made at home by the average person with only a soldering iron and a few simple tools.  Virtually all of the parts can be purchased from Radio Shack for under $30.00, the cost mostly depending on personal choices for the box, switches and wiring used.  You will need to go to a hardware store for the copper tubing.  The entire unit can be made in about four to five hours.  The complete plans are in Dr. Clark’s book “The Cure for All Diseases”.  There are some widely reported errors in the circuit design shown in the book, but the corrections are available from a variety of sources on the internet.  The book also contains step-by-step instructions for the electronically challenged that are correct and will allow you to make a unit with the correct square wave, including the spike that seems to be important (see Differences in Devices for an explanation).

If at all possible, take any unit you build to someone who has an oscilloscope and have them check the frequency and voltage being output, and most importantly, that a square wave is being produced.  Anything other than a square wave can be not just ineffective, but dangerous to your health.  So please be careful with untested home-made units.  Even pre-built units should be tested every so often.

From years of use on myself, family, and friends, I can attest to the usefulness of the Zapper.  It isn’t a “cure all”, it won’t eliminate colds and flu on contact, and it can’t kill every parasite in your body.  With all that it can’t do, however, it is still a very valuable item to have around the house, particularly if you have children (in my opinion).  The Zapper and  Bob Beck Blood Purifier (Silver Pulser) are not something you are going to strap onto a lot of young children.  Using the Zapper regularly will help reduce (not eliminate) many of the usual childhood illness that are so common in day care centers and schools all across the U.S.  Aflatoxin and Ergot mold toxins are particularly nasty substances that are in numerous foods that are routinely eaten by children and adults alike.  They can and do produce a lot of behavioral and emotional problems in children and adults.  Zapping has made a major difference in my family.

The family pet, with its own parasites, is a major source of health problems for its owners, particularly young children who are always getting licked and tend to be in the faces of animals of all sorts.  Pet parasites are routinely picked up by the people around them, causing all sorts of health problems.   Be aware of this!  Using the Zapper and Colloidal Silver on a regular basis has the potential to reduce these problems.

Which frequency is better for Zapping?

With a standard Hulda Clark Zapper almost any frequency can be used effectively.  The original Zapper used a frequency of approximately 30KHz.  Since then many manufacturers have started using lower frequencies because they penetrate better thru the body.

With a product such as the MiniFG, specific frequencies may be selected to offer targeting of certain parasites.  When targeting with specific frequencies you have to use a different output wave form and know what you are doing.  It’s very different from standard zapping.

Where can I find the frequencies for the Super Zapper Deluxe Program Drivers?

Unfortunately, detailed information on Program Drivers is unavailable due to legal reasons.  Dr. Clark and the Dr. Clark Research Association are under severe pressure by the FTC, FDA, etc. and are legally unable to publish a great deal of the information that they have.

What is Continuous Zapping?

Continuous Zapping (also known as Duration Zapping) refers to using a Zapper continuously without stopping.

In the beginning Dr. Clark recommended using a Zapper for only 7 minutes at a time with a 20 minute wait, followed by 7 more minutes of zapping, another 20 minute wait, etc. for one hour. This 7-20-7-20-7 session was duplicated electronically in many zappers and is generally refered to as an auto-programmed function. You select the auto-program function and it times the 7min/20min zapping/wait cycle for you, running the complete one hour cycle before shutting off automatically.

When zapping continuously you simply turn the Zapper on and leave it on until you decide to stop zapping. There are no 20 minute waiting periods in-between. Dr. Clark has been recommending continuous zapping for awhile now and it seems to be the preferred method.

When Zapping continuously don’t zap for less than 30 minutes at a time.

Do I have to Zap for 7 minutes and wait 20 minutes?

No. Dr. Clark has been recommending continuous (duration) zapping for a while now and it seems to be the preferred method.

What’s the difference between a Smart Key and a Program Driver?

Smart Keys are custom-built electronic chips that use only one frequency, which you must specify.

Program Drivers are multi-frequency chips that are designed for specific issues, such as High Blood Pressure, Sinusitus, etc. They are normally in-stock and available for immediate shipping.

Both Smart Keys and Program Drivers are manufactured in Germany. Smart Keys are special-order only and take a minimum of two weeks for delivery.

Both Program Drivers and Smart Keys are US $15 each. Please remember: they only work with the Super Zapper DeLuxe (model 2003 or newer).

What Program Drivers or Smart Keys come with the Super Zapper DeLuxe?

Prior to September, 2004 we always sold our Super Zapper DeLuxe with a 1K Smartkey for use with a Zappicator, and a Duration zapping key.

As of September, 2004 the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2004 no longer includes the 1K Smartkey. It is now included with the Power Zappicator made by the same manufacturer. The 1K key is not available for purchase separately and can only be gotten with the Power Zappicator.

The Super Zapper DeLuxe 2004 also includes an Auto-program Smartkey to do the 7minute on – 20 minute off zapping for an hour. This auto-program feature was built into the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 and a smartkey was not required.

To summarize:

The Super Zapper DeLuxe 2004 includes the 1 hour Duration zapping key and the Auto-Program zapping key. No other Program Drivers or Smart Keys are normally included. They have to be purchased separately.

The Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 included the Duration zapping key but may or may not have included the 1K key for the Power Zappicator, depending on where you purchased it.

DO NOT USE the 1K Smartkey for ZAPPING – IT WILL STING!

Please remember: The Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 and 2004 models DO NOT USE THE SAME SMARTKEYS OR PROGRAM DRIVERS!

You must specify which model Super Zapper you own when purchasing SmartKeys or Program Drivers.

What diseases does the Zapper cure?

The Zapper doesn’t cure anything.  It’s purpose is to help eliminate parasites from the body, allowing the body to heal itself in its own way on its own timetable.  That’s why specific results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Elimination of parasites is an excellent way to boost the immune system and promote good health quickly and safely.

What are Program Drivers?

A Program Driver is a small electronic chip used with the Super Zapper DeLuxe that allows you to target specific issues. Each Program Driver normally has multiple frequencies that are programmed at the factory and can not be changed. Most programs run for about 75 – 90 minutes before automatically shutting off the Super Zapper DeLuxe.

Program Drivers only work with the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 or newer model.

Program Drivers are normally kept in-stock and are available for shipping world-wide.

Why don’t Program Drivers for the Super Zapper DeLuxe use the frequencies listed in Dr. Clark’s books?

The Super Zapper DeLuxe/Biowave Generator uses frequencies based on the work done by Dr. Hulda Clark but doesn’t always use the exact frequencies published in her books due to the limits of the frequency generator built into the Super Zapper DeLuxe/Biowave Generator.

Due to legal reasons the manufacturer of the Super Zapper DeLuxe/Biowave Generator cannot discuss program drivers or the frequencies programmed into them, so all we can do is speculate on the reasoning behind the designandthefrequencieschosen to beused.

Program Drivers have been sold for the Super Zapper DeLuxe/Biowave Generator since 2003. Our website sells thousands of them every year world-wide and we never get more than a few returned to us each year for any reason. Although individual results do vary, the general consensus among our customers is that Program Drivers are beneficial and worth the time and investment.

Can I wear jewelry while zapping?

There doesn’t appear to be any reason to take jewelry off while zapping. There is no indication that we are aware of that it will cause problems to leave it on, but we would suggest you take it off anyway.  Please use your own judgement.

I don’t feel anything when Zapping. Is that normal?

Yes.  When using a Hulda Clark type Zapper you will normally not feel anything.  Very infrequently, someone will feel a mild tingling.

When using the Bob Beck Pulser you should feel the current pulsing.

How do I use Point Contact Pads?

Point Contact Pads are small rectangles made from the same conductive material as the wrist straps supplied with the Super Zapper DeLuxe. They must be wet while being used and need to be held in place by whatever means is suitable to the user.  They are not sticky and have no means of holding themselves in place, so they need to be secured using some form of band, strap, piece of clothing, etc.

Simply wet them, place them where ever you desire, and hold them in place in whatever fashion you choose.

What are Smart Keys?

A Smart Key is a small electronic chip that allows you to specify one particular frequency that you want to use with the Super Zapper DeLuxe. Smart Keys are programmed at the factory for the particular frequency you specify and can not be changed.

They only work with the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 or newer model

All Smart Keys are special order items that are custom-made and shipped to the U.S. for delivery to our customers. The delivery time is a minimum of 2 – 3 weeks.

Are handholds better than wrist straps?

Most people prefer wrist straps because of the convenience of having their hands free while zapping. Handholds will be more effective, generally, because they conduct the current from the zapper into the body more effectively. So, it’s basically a choice of more convenience (which means you are more likely to do it) or better results.

Keep in mind, wrist straps do work and most manufacturers have switched to them.

We have a variety of wrist straps, hand holds, gel-pads, conductive bands, conductive slippers, etc. that will work with most of our zappers and pulsers.

Am I supposed to wrap a paper towel around the wrist straps on my Zapper?

No.  Simply keep your wrist straps moist so the electrical current will flow.  Wrapping them with paper towels is not necessary.  Some people use salt water, conductive gel, etc. on their wrist straps to get better conductivity, but that is a personal choice and is generally not required.

Does the Zapper kill the good bacteria along with the bad?

Yes, there is no way for a Zapper to distinguish between good and bad bacteria in the body. From years of use by hundreds-of-thousands of people around the world, this doesn’t appear to be a problem.

According to medical experts our intestinal tract should have around 80% good bacteria and only 20% or less bad bacteria. Research has shown that the average person has it just the opposite with about 80% bad bacteria and only 20% good.

So, using a Zapper may be benefical because it is working on getting rid of the large amounts of mostly bad bacteria in our body. Given a chance the human body can produce miraculous results, we just have to find ways to help it along a bit.

Do your Zappers produce a positive offset like Dr. Clark suggests?

Yes, as far as we know our zappers only produce a positive offset voltage. Obviously, we can’t personally check each zapper we sell to make sure, but the manufacturers we use all follow Dr. Clark’s specifications closely and have assured us their products only produce a positive offset voltage.

We have checked most of our zapper models at different times to make sure they are producing a square wave with a positive offset.  We have never found one that didn’t, so our comfort level is pretty good with our current crop of products.

Why does my Zapper only measure 4.5 volts with a new 9 volt battery installed?

Many people wonder why their zapper only measures half the voltage of the batteries they are using when they measure the output with a voltmeter.

Electronically, all zappers based on Hulda Clark’s specifications only output the positive portion of the square wave that they produce.  The negative portion is suppressed, so only half of the wave is being detected by a standard voltmeter.

So, when you place a brand new battery in any Clark-type zapper and measure the voltage using a standard voltmeter you will only get half of the actual voltage being output, i.e. a brand-new 9 volt battery will only measure around 4.5 volts even though you are actually getting the full 9 volts from the zapper.  As the zapper is used and the battery runs down the range of votages measured are typically between 2.5 to  4 volts.  This is normal – you are actually getting a current flow from your zapper of between 5 and 8 volts.

Is it safe to use a zapper around the head?

We can’t offer an answer to that question because of legal reasons.

What we can say is that people have used zappers in a wide variety of ways for a number of years and there have been no reports of adverse affects that we are aware of other than cleansing reactions and, on ocassions, some skin irritation from the use of wrist straps.

The Terminator Zapper, due to it’s direct contact with the skin, has also been known to cause some irritation or burning on the skin if it is used too quckly without giving the body time to acclimate.

Which Zapper do you recommend?

All of the Zappers we sell are different with unique features, so it’s hard to recommend just one as the best.

Personally, we like the Terminator because it’s the most convenient Zapper to use and is designed to be used for long periods at a time, up to 24 hours per day. Generally, the longer you use a Zapper the better results you get. The Terminator also has a bit of a calming effect on many people that makes zapping with it less irritating than with other Zappers.

For low cost, the Zapper C3i is an excellent standard Zapper that uses wrist straps for convenience.

The RSG-4 Sweep Zapper is elegant, feels great, and has an auto-programmed feature plus multiple frequencies to choose from, including a sweep frequency function. It only has handholds, not wrist straps.

The Super Zapper DeLuxe is a great zapper, particularly if you plan on using a Program Driver to target more closely a specific issue.

What is the lowest frequency my Super Zapper DeLuxe will produce?

The Super Zapper DeLuxe will only go down to around 28Khz.  The use of a 1K Smartkey allows it to drop to the 1000Hz needed for use with a Zappicator, but there is no other way to get below 28KHz.

The manufacturer of the Super Zapper DeLuxe will not sell Smartkeys below 28KHz.

Is the Hulda Clark Zapper the same thing as the Bob Beck Pulser/Zapper?

No, they are totally different devices.  They work in different ways on different things in the body.  For more info click on this link.

Which should I start with, a Zapper or Pulser?

Frequently, we are asked for our recommendations on what devices to start with when getting into electricity for health and the Bob Beck and Hulda Clark protocols.  A good place for most people to start is with either the Hulda Clark Zapper or the Bob Beck Pulser (the Silver Pulser, RSG1, or RSG2).

The Zapper is used for parasite elimination and does a great job for many people. It’s not a cure-all, none of the devices or herbs are. But it works well for lots of people and is a low-cost way to get started.  It’s also the quickest and most convenient way to get started.

The Silver Pulser is a blood purifier that also lets you make high-quality, very low-cost colloidal silver, so it’s very useful and is one of the best selling devices that we offer. The combination of both the Zapper and the Silver Pulser (the RSG1 Combo)  is pretty powerful and would probably be enough for most people to make significant changes in their health.

Of course, nothing is guaranteed and we don’t like making statements about what results you can expect. Everybody is different and results vary with each individual. But, from years of use world-wide by hundreds of thousands of people, we know these devices work, it’s just not possible to tell with any certainty what results you will personally get.

The reason for this is that Zappers and Pulsers don’t do any actual healing. They work on clearing out the parasites and boosting the immune system so your body can do what it needs to do to heal. That’s why the results vary. It’s based on your body and the shape it’s in and what it thinks needs to be done first.

If you are having major problems we recommend both a Zapper and a Pulser.  If you don’t have the money to buy both, get the Zapper and then add the Silver Pulser later as you can afford it.  The emphasis is on getting started with parasite clearing and see what results you get.

Are Chills common while zapping?

Any type of reaction can happen while detoxing/cleansing from using a zapper or almost any of our products.  Generally, reactions are mild, but deep-seated or long-standing problems can be difficult to work through and may cause more substantial reactions that can take days to complete.

Remember, generally, when you experience a reaction while zapping or pulsing, it’s the body’s efforts at eliminating the dead and dying parasites (bacteria, viruses, mold, fungi, etc.) that’s causing the reactions, not that blankety-blank zapper or pulser you are using. Consider these reactions as an obvious sign that you are clearing out problems. Work to control them and keep them reasonable, but don’t eliminate them. You want that old junk out of your body, just make it as easy as you can while doing so.

Where can I find instructions for using my Zapper?

Here are the basic instructions we send with all of our Zappers:

The Zapper is a battery powered electronic device built from a design published by Dr. Hulda Clark, PH.D., ND., in her book “The Cure for All Diseases.” Dr. Clark has spent years researching and perfecting the techniques she uses and gives a good accounting of the serendipitous nature of some of her discoveries in her book. I highly recommend it.

According to Dr. Clark and other health researchers, parasites are a scourge to all human-kind. By parasites I mean “bugs”, the bacteria or viruses that have invaded your body that shouldn’t be there. Everyone is familiar with strep throat, colds, flu, chicken pox, etc. All of these are caused by different strains of bacteria or viruses. What most people don’t pay much attention to (including a large portion of the medical establishment), are the larger parasites that routinely invade the human body. These include: roundworms, intestinal flukes, tapeworms, pinworms, and many, many, more.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking you don’t have parasites. The larger parasites enter your body just as easily as the smaller bacteria and viruses. All three, bacteria, viruses, and parasites, are in and on the foods we eat and the animals we come in contact with on a daily basis. They are also in the dirt and grass we walk on and in the air we breathe and the water we drink. They are virtually everywhere! And we tend to re-infest ourselves regularly!

You might ask, why is the Human Intestinal Fluke such a problem when it’s so common it’s called the Human Intestinal fluke. Well, if it stayed in the intestines that would be OK. Unfortunately it tends to wander around the body, showing up in the liver, the kidneys, etc. Ascaris (dog & cat roundworm) doesn’t belong in people. Yet large numbers of people who suffer from depression and/or insomnia can have hookworms (Ancylostoma), roundworms (Ascaris, Ancylostoma, etc.) or bacteria from the Shigella family, all living in their brains. Is it any wonder they ‘re depressed!

Everything in nature is made from energy. Everything in nature has a unique frequency at which it vibrates. Bacteria, Viruses, and parasites all vibrate at unique frequencies that do not overlap those that make up the organs in a human body. What this means is that you can kill the bugs without destroying body parts! The Zapper works by generating a positive offset frequency with a voltage from 5 to 9 volts. Holding onto the Zapper handholds for seven minutes with the unit turned on effectively kills bacteria, viruses and parasites simultaneously.

But it takes more than one treatment. It takes three treatments of seven minutes each to be reasonably effective.

Why three treatments? The first 7 minute treatment with the Zapper kills the viruses, bacteria and parasites. But within a few minutes new bacteria and viruses can emerge from the parasites that were just killed. A second 7 minute treatment 20 minutes later kills these “new” bugs, and a third 7 minute treatment (again, 20 minutes later), kills any remaining viruses that were released during the second treatment. If you don’t do all three treatments you can make yourself sick! So, the basic plan is simple. Use wet, plain white paper towels, wrapped once around your handholds. Zap for 7 minutes, rest for 20, but no more than 30 minutes. Zap a second time for 7 minutes and rest for 20 minutes. Finish with a third Zap of 7 minutes. It only takes an hour and you can read or watch TV while you do it.

If your Zapper uses wrist straps instead of handholds, the same zapping procedure can be used, but don’t use wet paper towels on the straps. Simply keep the straps moist while zapping. Tap water is OK to use.

More recent studies of the Zapper have shown that zapping continuously for at least an hour or more can be beneficial and can replace the normal sessions of 7min on & 20 min off described above. Use of wriststraps instead of handholds make this a very easy way to zap while doing other things. Just be sure to zap for at least an hour.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE!

You can’t do one session with a zapper and expect to clean your entire system! The current from the Zapper cannot reach every parasite, including the ones in food digesting in your stomach or in your intestines. It can’t reach a “bug” hiding in a gallstone or in your liver, etc. Zapping three times a day (as described above) for at least a week can reduce the number of parasites drastically. A full month of daily zapping is even better! Unfortunately, parasites can come back in a few days if you come in contact with another source. If a family member catches Strep throat and you Zap yourself to get rid of the tickle that just started in your throat, it won’t do any good if you keep coming into contact with the person and re-infecting yourself. I’m not suggesting you leave and stay in a hotel every time someone becomes sick. The best thing to do is to Zap everyone in your household for a week to make sure they are no longer “carriers” of whatever bug is around. Then take normal precautions, such as washing your hands. Remember, when you catch a cold or flu you can have as many as 4 or 5 different bacteria or viruses in your system causing the problem. All of them can be Zapped at the same time and, many times, it can make a major difference quickly!

Is Zapping safe? It’s been used on 8 month old babies and the elderly with no problems. It’s been used safely by tens-of-thousands of people all over the world with all types of major and minor illnesses for years. However, nothing is perfectly safe so please use common sense. The Zapper isn’t likely to hurt you, but everybody is different and some people react differently than others. It’s up to you to judge what is happening in your own body. Do not use the Zapper if you are pregnant or use a heart pacemaker!

Plan on taking it easy the day after you start Zapping. Frequently, using the Zapper for the first time puts a strain on your body’s elimination system as it attempts to get rid of dead parasites. You may feel sluggish or even have a “back ache” as your kidneys work at eliminating an overload of toxic debris. So, if you feel bad after using the Zapper, remember, it’s not the Zapper making you feel bad, it’s your body working hard to get rid of what was killed. Just imagine how good you are going to feel when you don’t have to share your body with all those “bugs”! Good luck and happy Zapping.

Are there any adverse effects from using a Zapper?

From years of use by hundreds-of-thousands of people world-wide, the only reactions that are normally seen are Cleansing or detoxing reactions.  Please remember, every body is different and general statements simply can’t be used to describe every person and every situation.

We are not medically trained and cannot offer specific advice.

The wrist straps are irritating my wrists. What can I do?

The Zapper is a small battery-powered electronic device developed in the mid 90’s by Dr. Hulda Clark and her son, Geoff Clark. It is used to help the body get rid of parasites, viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi, etc. by applying an electrical current to the body, typically thru contact with the skin.

The Zapper is NOT the same as a Bob Beck Pulser/Zapper device. Click here to read about the differences.

Do I have to wrap a paper towel around the handholds on my Zapper?

Yes, normally you should always wrap your handholds with one layer of a plain, white paper towel.  Don’t wrap multiple layers of the paper towel around the handholds because it will act more as an insulator, keeping the current from the handholds from getting to the skin.

Always keep the paper towel moist.  It doesn’t have to be dripping wet, but if it dries out even one layer will act as an insulator, reducing the effectiveness drastically.

Can I select the frequencies my Zapper will use?

No. The only Zapper we are aware of that will let you select specific frequencies is the MiniFG.  It can be set from 1Hz to 999,999KHz.

Most Zappers only use one frequency of approximately 30KHz. A few, such as our RSG-4 and RSG-1, have three different frequencies that you can select, but you only get the three that are already programmed into the device, you can’t put in your own frequencies.

The Super Zapper DeLuxe has the ability to use Program Drivers or Smart Keys that change the frequencies being used, but you have no control over them.  The manufacturer programs the frequencies at the factory and they cannot be changed.  You can purchase a Smart Key with a single frequency that you must choose, but it cannot be changed once programmed.

The normal single frequency used by a Zapper is all that is needed to get results.  If you know what you are doing and/or don’t mind spending the money, time, and effort to learn more, you can target treatments by using specific frequencies, but you have to be willing to pay more and learn more before being able to do it successfully.

Is the Zapper effective against Cancer?

Sorry, we can’t comment on the effectiveness of the Zapper (or any of our products) against cancer.  We have had many anecdotal stories about the Zapper and cancer and have received lots of emails and phone calls over the years, but none of it can be published because of current legal restrictions.

Is it okay to use electricial equipment while zapping?

Yes.  As far as we know there is no problem zapping while using computers or other electrical or electronic devices.  Just make sure you don’t let moisture from your wrist straps or handholds drip onto a device causing a problem.

Where is the best place to put Zapper handholds?

Anywhere on the body you want.  To our knowledge, other than possible cleansing/detoxing reactions there has been nothing to suggest any negative effects of any kind from using the Zapper anywhere on the body.  Only those with heart pacemakers or those who are pregnant should not avoid use of a zapper.

The Terminator is the sole exception that we are aware of and may cause some burning on the skin with very acidic conditions.  Always be careful with it in the beginning when using it for extended periods of hours at a time.

Can I use an AC adapter instead of batteries to run my Zapper?

Some of our Zappers will let you use an AC adapter while zapping but it is not recommended that you do so.  Basic safety precautions should be followed, so we can’t recommend that you wire yourself up to a 110 volt AC outlet and hold on tightly.

Whenever zapping or pulsing, use battery operation only.  Use AC adapters when making Colloidal Silver.

Shipping and Delivery Times (7)

Can you deliver to an APO address?

Yes, but the actual delivery time is generally slow, so you will have to be patient.  We mail your order to the APO and it is then re-routed to your actual location, which can be a slow process that we have no control over.  We have had delivery times of almost two months on ocassions.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, about a week.

Many of our products are drop-shipped from our suppliers or manufacturers. For some time now shipping times have been slowed down by a few extra days due to increased security measures throughout the country and by changes in shipping procedures at the manufacturers. Whenever possible we stock and ship products in-house so you get your order as soon as possible, but it’s simply not possible to keep all items in stock all the time.

Our PDF products, such as the QuickSync guide, are emailed directly to you within a few hours to a day, depending on just how busy things are and when your order comes in. Allow us some time off over weekends and on holidays.

We use DHL Express shipping exclusively for all orders we personally ship. Drop-shipments by manufacturers, distributors, etc. may use any of the major shippers. All packages shipped by DHL are insured and tracking numbers are provided, so we know the exact date and time your package is delivered. Once your order is shipped, however, we are at the mercy of the shipper and, although we have very few problems with shipments, occasionally things do happen…

If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks please
call or email us so we can find out what happened.
(Overseas orders are the exception!)

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

International shipping (excluding Canada) is now done exclusively by DHL Express courier service. Delivery Times are typically around 4 – 6 days, plus whatever time it takes for your local customs officials to clear the package for local delivery. This can take another 1 or 2 weeks.

Overseas delivery charges are quite a bit more expensive and the additional expense will be added to your order once it is processed.

Some days things just don’t get done as quickly as we would like, so please be patient. We will ship your order as soon as we possibly can, usually in 1 or 2 days, (except for international orders).

Can you ship products to other countries?

Unfortunately, due to an increase in import restrictions around the world, as of January, 2005 we are no longer shipping products world-wide.

It was a difficult decision to make (and financially hard as well because we sell so much internationally), but the hassles and costs of doing business outside of the U.S. have become too much.

The ONLY EXCEPTION are shipments to Canada.

In the past we have shipped virtually all of our products internationally. Because of ongoing problems with customs officials around the world and hassles with both the cost of delivery and delivery times, we made the decision to stop.

Truthfully, part of the problem is the large number of people who continue to complain about shipping charges, import fees, and taxes, and the few customers who think it’s okay to have an order shipped around the world (at our expense, not theirs) and then refuse it because they don’t want to pay an import tax.

We have posted all over our website statements that we have nothing to do with import fees and taxes and can do nothing to remove them or reduce them to any extent. And our discounted shipping costs are below the normal amounts charged by UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Yet, we keep getting harrassed by a few international customers who refuse to listen or pay attention.

The last part of 2004 thru January 2005 was tough because of the large number of problems with international shipments. It cost us a lot of money and a lot of aggravation before we made the decision to stop. Now, we constantly have people begging us to ship to them, and it’s difficult to say no. But we have made our decision and will not change it until the political climate around the world changes significantly to allow each of us the freedom to choose the health care we feel is most appropriate.

We sincerely hope all of the wonderful customers we’ve had over the years will understand and be able to find alternatives elsewhere. To the few customers who made life miserable for us, we hope you also find reasonable alternatives and wish you well on your journey to good health..

Why does it take so long for Foot Shakers to be delivered?

Foot Shakers and Stress Busters are heavy products that are normally drop-shipped by our distributors/manufacturers.  They are generally shipped Parcel Post to keep the shipping costs reasonable.  Parcel Post is the slowest delivery time, but the only alternative is a much higher shipping cost, which most people are not willing to pay.

How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

International shipping is done exclusively by DHL Express courier service on most of our products.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally.

How long does it take to process my order?

t normally takes from 1 to 2 days for us to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays.  When we are out-of-stock on an item it will naturally take longer.

Nothing is charged to your credit card until we manually process your order, so all online orders are held until we look at them.

Do you ship orders using UPS?

We use DHL Express Worldwide shippers exclusively for shipments in the U.S. and internationally. We use the U.S. Post Office for deliveries to Canada.

On ocassions we will use UPS or FedEx but only rarely, so please do not ask us to use them.  DHL has excellent service, is very fast, and we feel comfortable with them.  We also get a discounted rate that is significantly lower than the other shippers, and we pass that savings on to our customers.

We normally do not use the Post Office for international deliveries due to the increased risk of lost packages, lack of package tracking, and lengthy delivery times. Small items are the exception.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

Terminator (14)

Why doesn’t the Terminator use wrist straps or handholds?

The Terminator is a small Hulda Clark type Zapper that uses copper alloy pennies to make contact with the skin.  Its unique design eliminates the need for wires, handholds, or wrist straps, making it one of the most convenient Zappers to use.  Typical usage is up to 24 hours per day.

NOTE:  Always start slowly in the beginning with any Zapper.

Is the lower frequency of the Terminator more effective?

Theoretically, yes.  From basic science we know that lower frequencies tend to penetrate deeper than higher ones.

Our personal feeling is that many benefits from using the Terminator stem from the longer usage time that it typically gets.  Generally, people use a zapper for an hour or two per day.  Some highly-motivated people who really want results use them for many hours per day.  The Terminator is simply the easiest zapper to use for extended periods of many hours per day.  Our opinion is, in most cases, the more zapping you do the more results you may obtain.

The pennies on my Terminator are dirty. Will this affect its operation?

Yes, dirt on the pennies will act as an insulator and keep the Terminator from being as effective.  You should clean the pennies whenever they get noticably dirty.  They don’t have to be shiny bright, just reasonably clean.

As you use the Terminator and clean the pennies you will notice that you can’t get them looking shiny bright.  A dark color won’t cause any problems, only when you get a build-up of dirt or “gunk” will the effectiveness decrease.

Don’t clean the pennies so much that you wear them out or knock them loose from the box.

Is it safe to use the Terminator without covering the pennies?

Yes, as far as we know.  The Terminator has been around since sometime in 2000 and many, many tens-of-thousands have been sold.  There doesn’t appear to be any evidence that direct contact with the pennies causes problems other than the possibility of irritation or burns on the skin if you use it too long at one time in the beginning.  This situation is addressed in another question in our FAQ’s.

The Terminator burns my skin some times. Is this normal?

The Terminator zapper uses pennies to make direct contact with the skin.  For many people their skin has a high acid level which may react to the current from the Terminator causing burning if it is left in the same spot too long.  Generally, for the first week or so, don’t use the Terminator for extended periods of 6 – 8 hours or longer unless you move it to different positions every few hours or so.

Start slowly with any Zapper, including the Terminator, until you have time to judge the affect on your body.  Usually, after about a week or so of daily use of the Terminator, the burning or stinging tends to go away or get noticably better.  The more you use the Terminator the easier it gets as the body adjusts and works on eliminating parasites and detoxing.

If you have a highly acidic diet you may continue having problems. Alkalyzing the body through changing the diet can be beneficial in many ways.  Taking Coral Calcium supplements appears to help many people.

Is the Terminator effective against Cancer?

Sorry, we can’t comment on the effectiveness of the Terminator (or any of our products) against cancer.  We have had many anecdotal stories about the Zapper and cancer and have received lots of emails and phone calls over the years, but none of it can be published because of current legal restrictions.

The pennies on my Terminator are dirty. How do I clean them?

Use any non-metallic scrubbing pad. The green or blue fiber pads available at most grocery stores work very well. Don’t get the ones with soap, disinfectants, etc. in them.

You don’t need to make the pennies shiny bright, just clean the obvious dirt off them with a few twists of your thumb using the scouring pad. Water is not needed.

Once you’ve used your Terminator for a few weeks you will notice that it doesn’t get as dirty as quickly.

The dirt on the pennies will act as an insulator and keep it from being as effective.

The light on my Terminator is flashing rapidly. Is this normal?

Yes.  The flashing is an idication that the Terminator is working properly.  If the light goes out or is noticeably dim, replace the batteries.

Who makes your Terminator Zapper?

Our Terminator is made by its developer, Don Croft. We buy them directly from Don.

There is at least one other reseller of Zappers who claims to have a Terminator made by Don but it may not be. Be careful when buying the Terminator and make sure it is specifically made by Don Croft and not “based on” Don’s ideas. There appear to be differences in the two Terminators. Don’s Terminator Zapper is the only one that we are aware of that has his unique combination of internal components which help produce the positive effects that people generally mention.

The Terminator II is the same product. Most people simply refer to it as the Terminator rather than the Terminator II. The important thing is to make sure the actual manufacturer is Don Croft.

Don stopped putting labels on his Terminators sometime in 2002. Prior to that all of them had a nice green label. Since then the Terminator has had no label and is simply a plain plastic box with 2 pennies glued to one side. We have commented to Don about this but he feels the labels are an added expense that isn’t necessary.

How do I attach the Terminator to my body?

The Terminator does not come with any wrist straps, cables, handholds, etc.  Simply place it with the pennies against the skin anywhere on your body you want and hold it there in whatever is the most convenient method.

Many people use sweat bands or elastic straps, but anything can be used.  It’s convenient to drop it down into a sock against your ankle or inside your waistband against your stomach.

One very nice method is to take any cotton sock and cut the toe out of it and pull on your arm or leg.  It is very comfortable, easy to use, and inexpensive.

The light on my Terminator is flashing/blinking constantly. Is this normal?

Yes.  The LED light on the Terminator will blink/flash rapidly when it is turned on and working correctly.  If the light gets dim or goes out the battery is weak and needs to be changed.  It the light stops flashing, try changing the battery.  If it still doesn’t flash rapidly, it may be defective.

The Terminator is a very durable and reliable product. We have only had a tiny number of bad units, maybe 1 or 2 per year, after years of selling them and many, many hundreds sold every year.  The most common problem is simply a defective or worn out battery.

Is it normal for one of the pennies on my Terminator to be dirty but the other one clean?

Yes. That’s very common and is simply an indication of the detoxing taking place through your skin. Different areas of skin may detox quicker than others.

Generally, after the initial few weeks of daily use, the more you use your Terminator the less the pennies will need cleaning. In the beginning it’s not uncommon to have to clean the Terminator after 2 or 3 days. After a few weeks of daily use you can go much, much longer without cleaning being necessary.

What’s the difference between the Terminator and the Terminator 2?

Nothing, they are the same. The only Terminator made by Don Croft for the past few years is the Terminator 2. Most people, and the distributors selling them, simply refer to them as the Terminator.

Just make sure the Terminator you are getting is the one made by Don Croft and not someone else. We have heard of a few fake Terminators on the market that are sold as the same thing but there are differences in the frequencies and the internal items, such as the crystals and magnet, that do make a difference in the way it works. Don’t settle for a fake!

Does the Terminator II use a positive offset voltage?

Yes.  The manufacturer of the Terminator has assured us it only produces a positive offset voltage, as suggested by Dr. Clark. The actual circuit in the Terminator is made in a state-of-the-art ISO9000 certified facility, so the quality is excellent and we have no reason to believe it isn’t working the way it is supposed to.

Bob Beck Products (13)

Is the Beck Zapper the same thing as the Hulda Clark Zapper?

No, they are totally different devices. They work in different ways on different things in the body. For more info go here.

I need instructions on using my Silver Pulser.

The latest instruction manuals are available for download on our website at the following address:

http://www.toolsforhealing.com/MembersOnly.html

What diseases does a Pulser cure?

A Pulser (Silver Pulser or Magnetic Pulser) doesn’t cure anything.  It’s purpose is to help eliminate parasites from the body, allowing the body to heal itself in its own way on its own timetable.  That’s why specific results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

The Magnetic Pulser was originally designed to help move the Lymph system and remove pathogens hiding out in it.  It uses high-intensity, short duration magnetic pulses.

The Silver Pulser focuses on cleaning the blood stream.  It uses pulsed electrical currents introduced into the blood stream using two small rods that are placed on the skin over an artery.

Elimination of parasites is an excellent way to boost the immune system and promote good health quickly and safely.

What is Electroporation or Transfection?

Electroporation, also called Transfection by some, is a condition where the cells in the body become more permeable, meaning they are more porous and allow substances to enter them easier. The result is that the effects of medicines, herbs and such are magnified and more effective.

While that may not sound like a problem, it can be if you are taking very tightly controlled doses of drugs or herbs. The concern is that electroporation may produce an overdose. There are stories of people drinking lots of coffee and then using a device that produced an electroporation effect, causing a definite caffeine “buzz”. With many modern, high-strength drugs overdosing is a definite concern and is not to be taken lightly.

Fortunately, there are some safe ways around the problem. First, electroporation appears to happen in a very small percentage of the population, only about 2% – 4% or so. This number is not definite, but is the best guestimate we’ve seen. So most people simply don’t have to worry about it. Simply take reasonable precautions whenever using strong medicines or herbs.

Second, electroporation only appears to happen while using the Bob Beck blood electrification device (the Silver Pulser, Black Box, etc.) and is only present when the unit is turned on and current is flowing. Turn it off and the effect goes away immediately. It doesn’t hang around causing problems.

Hulda Clark Zappers, Magnetic Pulsers, Colloidal Silver makers, ozonators, etc. don’t appear to have the problem at all and can be used without concern.

So, in general, use your Bob Beck Silver Pulser first, then take your medicine as soon as you are finished and you won’t have any trouble. Or put as much time between taking your drugs and/or herbs as possible before using the device to give it time to clear out of the blood stream. Some Beck devices (such as our RSG1 and RSG2) have a selectable 100hz frequency that is supposed to drastically reduce or eliminate completely the electroporation effect.

Remember, there isn’t a lot of agreement on electroporation among researchers and there is some debate about whether it even exists. What does seem to be true is that a very small number of people are sensitive and have to be careful when using a Beck blood electrifier. Use common sense and go slowly in the beginning.

None of the statements above are to be taken as scientific or medical fact. Use this information as you see fit at your own risk. It is offered strictly as information only and not as medical advice in any form.

Is the Silver Pulser the same thing as the Magnetic Pulser?

No, they are totally different devices.  They work in different ways on different things in the body.  For more info click on this link.

How long does it take for blood to circulate through my body?

It typically takes about 8 – 10 minutes for the average person.

Do I have to be careful when taking drugs or herbs?

Yes, there is a small possibility of a problem called Electroporation.

Electroporation is a condition where the cells in the body become more permeable, meaning they are more porous and allow substances to enter them easier.

Do I have to use distilled water with the Silver Pulser and RSG1/RSG2?

Generally, yes. Distilled water is normally the only water that is pure enough to use when making colloidal silver. Other types of water will work as long as they are very pure.

Mineral water, spring water, evian, etc., will not work because of the amount of mineral content and impurities in them. When making colloidal silver you don’t want anything in the water because whatever is in it will also become colloidal, potentially causing problems.

I have a Zapper. Do I need a Bob Beck Pulser as well?

The Hulda Clark Zapper and the Bob Beck Pulser are very different devices.  They use different frequencies, different currents and waveforms, and different delivery methods for getting the current into the body.  Comparing them is equivalent to comparing apples to oranges.

Personally, we feel they are very complementary to each other and have used both of them extensively.

Remember, the Beck Pulser (blood electrifier) is focused primarily on the blood stream, while the Clark Zapper is focused on muscles and tissues in the body.  They are both attempting to do similar things (clear parasites and pathogens from the body) but they are completely different devices.

For more info on the differences between them click here.

What’s the difference between an RSG1 and an RSG2?

The Scada RSG1 is a combination device which includes a Colloidal Silver Maker, a Bob Beck Blood electrifier, and a Hulda Clark Zapper, all in one small battery-operated device.

It uses current-limit to produce colloidal silver, and the Hulda Clark Zapper has three user-selectable frequencies: 2128Hz, 10KHz, and 30KHz.

The Scada RSG2 does not have the Hulda Clark Zapper.  It offers both current-limit and constant-current methods of making colloidal silver.

Both units offer the Beck Blood electrifier with 3 user-selectable frequencies: 4Hz, 16Hz, and 100Hz.

What’s the difference between a Silver Pulser and the RSG-2 Silver Maker/Pulser?

They are very similar products. They work the same way and should give the same results. The RSG-2 offers 3 frequencies, 4Hz, 16Hz, and 100Hz, while the Silver Pulser only has 4Hz. The use of 16Hz and 100Hz seems to make things easier, particularly when first starting or if lots of medicines or herbs are being used.

Many researches have reported that the 100hz frequency appears to reduce significantly the possibility of electroporation.

The RSG-2 also has both Constant Current and Current Limit output for making Colloidal Silver, while the Silver Pulser only has Constant Current.

How does the RSG-1 work?

The RSG-1 Combo is a 3-in-1 combination device that includes a Colloidal Silver generator, a Bob Beck blood electrification Pulser, and a Hulda Clark Zapper.

To make Colloidal Silver, set the RSG1 on top of a glass full of distilled water.  Push the two silver wires that came with the RSG1 into the small holes in the middle of the unit until they are about an inch from the bottom of the glass ( or as far down as you can push them).  Turn the RSG1 on and push the Mode button to select “Silver”.  Then use the arrow buttons to set the amount of time you want it to run.  For a bit more info on making Colloidal Silver search the KnowledgeBase or select the Colloidal Silver category.

To use the RSG1 to do the Bob Beck blood electrification simply plug the cord with the two small stainless steel rods (about 1″ long, 1/8″ diameter) on one end into the connection on the right side of the RSG1 that is labeled “Pulser”.  Slip the small cotton sleeves over the stainless steel rods and wet them.  Now, take them and apply them to the inside of one wrist about an inch apart, right over your pulse point, and use the strap to hold them snugly in place.  Turn on the RSG1 and adjust the stainless steel rods on your wrist until you feel the pulsing the best.  Adjust the level of pulsing with the on/off control wheel to keep the pulsing from being too uncomfortable.  Keep the cotton sleeves moist every so often, and keep the current reasonbly high by adjusting it as needed.  The current level will vary on ocassions while pulsing.

To Zap with the RSG1 plug the cable with the red/black “banana” plugs on one end into the connection labeled “Zapper” and plug the banana plugs into the end of each of the handholds.  Cover the handholds with the larger cotton sleeves and wet them.  Turn the RSG1 on and select the Zapper mode with the mode button.  The RSG1 will start in the auto-program mode unless you press the mode button again and select “Zap cont”, which will set it for continuous zapping (the best way to zap for most people).

Make sure to unplug the extra cables, silver wires, etc. when changing the function from Zapping, Pulsing, and Colloidal Silver maker.

Order Problems (7)

I never received an email confirmation on my order. Did it go thru?

Our shopping cart software always sends an email confirmation to the email address that it is given during the checkout process. If you enter an invalid address, your mailbox is full, your ISP mailserver is down, etc., you won’t get the confirmation.

Many people have anti-spam filters or anti-virus software active on their computer which sometimes prevents emails from being received.

So many email servers are being regularly hit with viruses that lots of emails are simply lost in cyberspace and never delivered because of the disruptions. We have no way of knowing if you get your email or not.

If you don’t get a confirmation within 1 day of placing the order you can logon to your account with us and check on the status of the order.

As a last resort you can call or email us.

I didn’t get all the items in my order…

Some of our manufacturers ship accessory items, such as wrist straps, handholds, headsets, cables, etc. separately from the main unit.  Generally, all items arrive within just a few days of each other.

If you don’t get all of the items within 4 or 5 days please let us know.

I can’t get my order placed on your shopping cart. What can I do?

We have very few problems with our shopping cart software but every once in a while someone will be unable to place an order.

If you can’t get an order to go thru you can call us toll-free at 888-257-4273 and we will take your order over the telephone.  We are on Eastern Standard time and are normally available from about 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

The best time to reach us tends to be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm eastern time, Monday thru Friday.

I messed up my order online. What can I do to fix it?

Our shopping cart will let you make changes to your order up to the point where we begin processing it. Simply login to yor account using the username and password you used when placing your order and make your changes.

You can also call us at 888-257-4273 from 10:00am – 4:00pm eastern time, or email us and let us know what the problem is. We process all orders manually and generally catch the obvious mistakes before billing your credit card or shipping the product.

I’ve sent you many emails and you haven’t answered any of them!

We get many phone calls daily from all over the world, as well as hundreds of emails throughout the day. It’s impossible to answer them all quickly. Some days we spend hours on the phone talking with people, giving them the time and attention that we all hope to get when in need. Please be patient. We won’t knowingly ignore you.

If you’ve left us a voicemail message or sent an email and haven’t heard from us in a few days, try and contact us again in case we didn’t get the first message. Emails do go astray and we don’t always get them.

Thank you for your understanding. We do what we can to respond appropriately, but we are a small, family-run business, not a conglomerate with a dozen operators standing by.

To contact us: call toll-free 888-257-4273, or email us.

I’ve tried placing an order online but your shopping cart won’t let me. What can I do?

The software we use for our shopping cart is very new and very state-of-the-art. It should run on just about any computer with internet access and any reasonably decent browser program. Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, etc., should all work without problems.

On ocassions we hear someone say they can’t place an order because the shopping cart will disappear or it hangs up. The only issue we know of at this tme is with an Apple McIntosh computer running some dynamic Java scripts, which may not work correctly. Any other problems can only be attributed to software incompatibilities on your computerm which are impossible for us to do anything about.

If you simply can’t place the order, please accept our apologies. You can call your order directly in to us most days duiring typical business hours (Eastern time zone) toll-free at: 888-257-4273.

Water Ozonator (3)

What is the benefit from drinking ozonated water?

The main purpose is to increase the oxygen levels in the body. When drinking ozonated water oxygen levels are increased within minutes. This may produce a variety of effects, including increased energy, alertness, and increased body functioning, which can help with cleansing/detoxing functions.

For a complete description of the benefits read the book Flooding Your Body with Oxygen by Ed McCabe.

Don’t drink ozonated water late in the evening. The increased oxygen levels can cause an increase in internal temperatures a number of hours later, which can cause you to wake up in the middle of the night feeling quite warm. Drink it in the morning and throughout the day, but no later than around 7pm or 8pm.

Can I ozonate Colloidal Silver? Is it more effective?

We can not comment on the possible benefits or effectiveness of ozonating Colloidal Silver.  There isn’t any research that we are aware of that suggests it is either harmful or beneficial.  You will have to research further and make up your own mind.

Can I make Ozonated Olive Oil with a water ozonator?

Yes.  You will need to purchase a separate air stone (bubble stone) and length of tubing to use with the olive oil.  Make sure the tubing is ozone resistant.

General questions (30)

Can I place an order and pay for it in 30 days?

No.  We cannot afford the time or cost to maintain on-account payment options.  Our products can be purchased by check, credit card, or U.S. money order only.

It keeps asking for my email address for the username and password…

Make sure you are typing the username and password in all lowercase letters exactly as they are sent to you, without spaces or extra characters added.

The username and password have nothing to do with your email address. Enter them exactly as they were emailed to you in the fields that ask for them.

I need help. Can you offer suggestions?

We can only offer suggestions based on personal experiences.  We are not doctors or licensed professionals and are not legally able to diagnose or prescribe medicines or treatments of any kind.

When you contact us you will only get personal opinions based on our own experiences.  Judge for yourself whether the information you receive is beneficial or not and can or should be used.  We are not responsible for your health or the decisions you make regarding your health.

I have a specific illness. What can I do?

See a licensed medical professional.

Do you have a catalog of your products you can send me?

Unfortunately, no.  The number and type of products we sell has grown so rapidly in the past year that it’s been impossible to keep a catalog reasonably current and accurate.  At this time all of the information we have about our products is online.

In the future we hope to have an updated catalog of all our products, but it may be a while before it happens.

Do you offer payment plans for purchases?

No.  We cannot afford the time or cost to maintain payment plans.  Our products can be purchased by check, credit card, or U.S. money order only.

I’m having trouble reaching you. What can I do?

We get many phone calls and hundreds of emails daily from all over the world. If you can’t get a phone call thru to us, please accept my apologies. Some days we spend hours on the phone talking with people and it’s impossible to catch every call that comes in. We are a small, family-run business with limited resources. We won’t knowingly ignore you.

If you’ve left us a voicemail message or sent an email and haven’t heard from us in a few days, try and contact us again in case we didn’t get the first message.

Thank you for your understanding. We do what we can to respond appropriately, but we don’t have a dozen operators standing by.

To contact us: call toll-free 888-257-4273, or email us.

Will you hold my check for a few weeks until it is good?

Unfortunately, no.  As much as we would like to help, it’s difficult to do this sort of thing and keep it straight.  It takes a great deal of time to respond to customer service and maintain our website.  Adding this type of payment option is more hassle than we are willing to accept at this time.

I’ve read the info about Zappers & Pulsers but I can’t make up my mind. Can you help?

If you’ve read the info on our website, visited other sites to get a balanced viewpoint, then there isn’t much else that we can add.  Zappers and Pulsers have been in use world-wide by hundreds of thousands of people since early to mid-90’s.  If they didn’t work the demand for these products wouldn’t keep growing every year.

All we can offer is the simple statement that there are no guarantees of effectiveness for any of our products.  But, when was the last time your doctor guaranteed anything he did?

Using these products is a personal choice, and one that we hope will still be legally allowed for years to come.  Please pay attention to the increased use of misinformation and downright lies about alternative health care products being spread by the media, the pharmaceutical companies, and the government.

It’s shocking to see products that have been used safely and effectively for decades, and in many cases centuries, suddenly be labeled as dangerous to your health.

If there is any doubt that our government is concerned with money more than the welfare of its citizens just look at the debacle over buying prescription drugs from Canada.  Anyone who says Canadian products are not as good or as safe is simply misinformed or has a special agenda.  You can decide which on your own.

Do you offer net terms on purchases?

No.  It’s too expensive and time-consuming to maintain.  We do not want to become a collection agency.

Can you ship my order faster, overnight or 2nd day?

Faster overnight or 2nd day deliveries are not possible with all of our products.  Many of the items we carry are simply not available all the time due to manufacturer shortages, customs delays in shipping, etc.  We do our best to keep them in stock but we cannot guarantee it.

If we have the items you want in stock and your order comes in early enough in the day we generally can do an overnight or 2nd day shipment. If you order late on Friday or over the weekend, obviously we will not ship your order until the following Monday.

International orders cannot be shipped quickly because of the increased risk of fraudulent credit cards and the very high shipping rates for faster service.

When we get a request for faster delivery we do our best to get the order out quickly.  Please understand, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time, but we will do our best.

Can we pick up a product at your retail store?

newclarkstore

We have officially opened a walk-in storefront! It’s one of the first brick-and-mortar shops in the world to carry the vast selection of Dr. Clark products and protocols available. You can also find many of the other products there that are listed on our web store!

How do I change my shipping or billing address, phone number, payment method, etc.?

Log onto your account with our shopping cart and you can check your purchase history, make changes to your address and/or payment method, change current orders that have not been processed yet, and much more.

It’s easy to do and all you need is the email address and password you used when you created your account. If you don’t remember your password you can request that it be sent to you by email when you attempt to logon.

To get to your account go to our shopping cart and click the link at the top of the page on the right that says “my account/order status”. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.

What type of battery do I use?

Most of our Pulsers, Zappers and Colloidal Silver makers are battery operated and they all use a standard 9 volt alkaline battery.  The only exception is the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003, which uses (3) AA batteries.

Please remember that the Magnetic Pulser MPG5 and all of the SilverGen silver makers are A/C powered.

It’s impossible to reach you. How can I place an order or talk to someone?

Fortunately, our business is very active and we deal with customers from all over the world daily.

Unfortunately, the volume of calls we receive make it impossible for us to answer all of them. We are doing the best we can and apologize if you have had trouble reaching us.

If you want to place an order and you know what you want to purchase and how much it will cost, you can call our 24 hour phone order line.

Our 24 hour order line is always available, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you can call anytime, day or night, but…

YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU CALL.

Our call center order takers are great people but they cannot answer questions about the products or give you a final total including shipping charges. Their purpose is simply to take the order and send it to us each day so we can process it and get it headed your way. They know nothing about the products and cannot answer any questions.

For product questions, delivery times, shipping charges, our return policy, and more, please look around a bit more in this KnowledgeBase for more answers. It contains a great deal of information that can help with most questions.

You can also access our shopping cart help system which has specific answers to questions about how to use it, how to check the status of your order, etc. If you have a question about your order, please check your account online before contacting us. We put all available information online for you to see when you log into your account.

We really do answer phone calls daily (weekends and holidays excluded) and do our best to catch every single call that comes through. If you call during the evening or on the weekend we will not be available, so please don’t waste your time.

The best time to reach us tends to be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm eastern time, Monday thru Friday.

I haven’t received my order yet and think it has been lost or stolen during shipping.

If you haven’t received your order but the tracking number shows it has been delivered… please contact the shipper to confirm their delivery records and let them know you think it has been lost or stolen.

If you haven’t received your order and the tracking number shows it has not been delivered yet… please be patient. If the shipping dates are obviously way off and the package should have already been delivered, please contact the shipper and discuss it with them. If you can’t get anywhere with them please call us. We are here to help you with your order as best we can.

If your order does not have a tracking number (many don’t, particularly small items and books) and more than a reasonable length of time has gone by… please let us know. A reasonable delivery time for the shipments in the U.S. using the Postal service is from 1 to 2 weeks, and for deliveries to Canada generally 2 – 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, shipments using the Postal Service are not considered by them to be late until at least 6 weeks have gone by. We have had packages show up after as much as 5 – 7 weeks, and even had a couple of cases where the original package was delivered on the same day as a replacement package sent by us.

Please be patient. We have an excellent track record of resolving shipping/delivery problems and won’t stop till we get a problem resolved.

Is Tetrasil supposed to be a dark color?

Yes. The main ingredient in Tetrasil is a specialized form of silver. When used in high concentrations it appears very dark in color.

Please remember, Tetrasil will stain clothing and fabric on contact. Take precautions when using to prevent damage to your clothes, couches, etc.

I’m pregnant. Can I use your products?

As is universally recommended, if pregnant consult your doctor before doing anything.  An unborn baby is very sensitive to just about everything the mother does.  Play it safe unless your doctor recommends otherwise.

I have a problem with an injured muscle, knee, joint, elbow, etc. What will help?

Please remember:  We are not doctors and have no medical license to offer treatments of any kind.  Any information you receive here is personal opinion only and is not to be construed as offering medical advice in any form.

The Magnetic Pulser is the product I would suggest first for a wide range of muscle or joint problems.  It has been certified in the past for this type of use and has repeatedly shown value.

Do you have distributors in other countries?

No.  We carry products made by a variety of manufacturers.  Some of our products are exclusive to us, some not.  It’s impossible to keep up with who and where other distributors are around the world.

The best thing we can suggest is to search the internet to find someone reasonably close to you.

We regularly ship our products around the world, so please contact us if you can’t find what you want closer to home.

If you are interested in purchasing our products wholesale please contact us.

Where can I find a dentist to work on my fillings?

Unfortunately, we don’t have lists of practitioners that we can refer you to for dental work on amalgam fillings, etc..  There are a few sites on the internet that have popped up that you may be able to get some info on.  Do a search through Google or Yahoo.

We have heard a number of very positive reports about the dentist in Mexico that is recommended by Dr. Hulda Clark.  His work is highly recommended and his prices are extremely reasonable.  We do not know his name or have any contact information to offer.  Find one on the new directory from the new website for Dr. Clark.

I’m very sick. Is a Zapper or Pulser safe for me to use?

We can’t know with certainty what effect our products will have on anyone. Every person is unique with unique health situations and unique needs. Most of our products have been used by many, many thousands of people world-wide for years with good results.

Keep in mind, Zappers and Pulsers tend to be used frequently by people who are very sick who have tried everything else (with few results) and feel as though they have nothing else to lose. The fact that the demand for these products is increasing is a testimony to their usefulness.

Please use your own judgement about buying anything from our website and do what feels comfortable to you. It’s easy to make decisions when ill and desperate for relief.

I’ve stated numerous times that, although I personally believe in miracles, I don’t sell them. Miracles happen, we just can’t claim in responsibility for them if you happen to be using one of our products at the time.

Will your A/C adapters work in Europe?

Only the A/C adapters supplied with our SOTA products will work in Europe. They will still probably need some type of adapter to change the typical American 3-prong plug into whatever you need.

The A/C adapters for our Scada Research RSG products are for U.S. 110 volt use only.

Most of our electronic products are battery operated, so It should not be hard to find an adapter in Europe that will work correctly them. Just make sure of the size connector, the min-max input voltage, the minimum output current, and the polarity.

For example, our RSG2 requires a 2.5mm round connector, from 6v – 9v A/C input voltage, a minumum of 200ma (milliamps) output voltage, and center negative polarity.

I want to buy a Syncrometer. Do you sell them?

We can sell Syncrometers but we don’t advertise them because we can’t spend a lot of time teaching people how to use them. If you want to buy one let us know, but please remember that you will have to learn how to use it on your own.

We offer the QuickSync Guide as an easier to use method for the Syncrometer, but we cannot spend hours helping you become proficient.

Do you guarantee your products will work?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any guarantees of results, only a guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Every person is unique with a unique set of health issues, biological conditions, etc.  Although the results can’t be guaranteed, most of our products have been in use by many, many people for a long time with generally good results.

Do you take check payments?

Yes, but only if the check is from a U.S. bank.  U.S. bank or Postal Money orders are also acceptable.

We cannot accept checks or money orders on international banks.  International orders must be paid for by major credit card or Western Union money order.

Are any of your products effective against Cancer?

Sorry, we can’t comment on the effectiveness of any of our products against cancer.  We have had many anecdotal stories about many products and cancer and have received lots of emails and phone calls over the years, but none of it can be published because of current legal restrictions.

What type of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is by credit card.  We accept all four major credit cards: American Express, Discover, VISA, and MasterCard. Debit cards are okay.

We do not take wire transfers and con only accept checks that are drawn on a U.S. bank.  Money orders are only acceptable if from a U.S. bank or the U.S. Postal Service.

We also accept PayPal for U.S. payments only.

Can you offer me advice on my health issues?

Unfortunately, no.  We are not doctors or licensed medical professionals in any form or fashion.  All we can offer is personal opinions based on our own experiences, which does not cover the wide range of human conditions that we are constantly asked about.

If you have a medical issue please contact the appropriate medical professional for advice.

Can I buy your products wholesale or for a discounted price?

Yes.  Most of our products are available at either a discounted price or wholesale.  We have a few items (some of the herbal products and the Hanna Test meters) that have too small of a markup to be able to offer any discounts.

To buy an item at a discounted price requires a quantity purchase.  Our quantities are small, normally a minimum of only 2 or 3 units.  Our best discounts are for purchases  6+ units.  Once you are set up as a wholesale buyer at our best discount you get the discounted price for all future orders regardless of quantities purchased.

We are adding more items regularly.  If you are interested in a particular item(s) please email us and we will send you the current quantity and pricing.

Ordering questions (7)

I’ve created an account but when I enter my username and password it won’t let me in. What can I do?

There are no problems with our software that we are aware of. The vast majority of the time, when someone says their username and/or password won’t work, they are simply entering them wrong.

Your username is your email address. The password is whatever you put in when you created the account. Make sure you are not putting spaces anywhere in the username or password and are not using Capital letters.

Most importantly, make sure you are spelling your username and password correctly. That is where most problems arise.

Algae Products (1)

Are your Algae products safe for the elderly?

I have not seen anything to suggest that E3 Live algae (or any of the Super Blue Green algae products) is detrimental in any way at any age.

I’m not a doctor so I can’t offer anything other than personal opinion, but generally people find using algae products enhances their health in many ways. Studies have shown that people in the U.S. tend to be malnourished and aren’t getting the necessary nutrients to maintain good health. Algae products are an excellent way to help the situation.

Scada Research Products (1)

What type of A/C adapter will work with my Scada RSG product?

The RSG1, RSG2, and RSG3 all use the same A/C adapter.  The minimum specs are: from 6v – 9v DC output, minimum 200ma, center negative polarity, 2.5mm diameter.

The RSG4 does not have the ability to use an A/C adapter.

Syncrometer (1)

How can I tell if the Syncrometer really works?

The Syncrometer is a wonderful device but it is very difficult to master. It can be used effectively and is being used by many people around the world.

I consider the Syncrometer to be a “poor man’s” version of the VegaTest, which is a very expensive, commercial product made in Germany. The VegaTest has been in use for decades and is one of the premier testing/diagnostic medical devices in the world.

Although the testing methods are different, many of the results are very similar between the VegaTest and the Syncrometer.

The DermaTron is also another medical device which has been in use effectively for many years.

Shipping/Delivery Problems (2)

What do I do if my package is damaged when I received it?

The best thing to do is to refuse the package and call us to let us know it is being returned damaged.  If you call we can work quickly to get a replacement package sent to you.

If you’ve already accepted the package, check the contents thoroughly and then call the shipper and let them know that package was damaged.  Then call us and let us know what was damaged so we can work to get it replaced for you as quickly as possible.  The damaged package and/or products will have to be returned to us if possible for credit.

I think my shipment has been lost or stolen. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your order but the tracking number shows it has been delivered… please contact the shipper to confirm their delivery records and let them know you think it has been lost or stolen.

If you haven’t received your order and the tracking number shows it has not been delivered yet… please be patient. If the shipping dates are obviously way off and the package should have already been delivered, please contact the shipper and discuss it with them. If you can’t get anywhere with them please call us and let us know. We are here to help you with your order as best we can.

International Shipments (3)

Can I get a refund on a delivery or import duty or fee I was charged?

No.  If you are asked to pay an additional fee for local delivery in your country we can’t do anything about and have no idea if it will happen before shipping to you.

On ocassions we get angry emails from customers about added delivery fees.  Please understand – it’s your country and your customs officials that are doing it, not us.

So, save your emails, they won’t do any good because there is nothing we can do and we can not refund a delivery or import duty or fee that has nothing to do with us.

How much are the import duties or fees?

We have absolutely no idea. They vary from almost nothing to as much as 50% of the cost of the products you are buying.

We have no control over customs officials and what they charge. Any fees you have to pay are due to regulations and fees set by your country and have nothing to do with our company.

If you are asked to pay an additional fee for local delivery in your country we can’t do anything about it and have no idea if it will happen before shipping to you.

Why is it so expensive to ship to another country?

That’s not a question we can answer.  We have worked hard and pushed to get the lowest rates we can for international shipments.  Even though our rates are significantly below the normal rates offered by UPS, FedEx, and DHL, it is stil expensive and there isn’t anything we can do about it.

We generally lose money on shipping for international orders because we tend to charge only the actual cost of shiping and don’t include the cost of the packaging materials.

Even though they are cheaper, we normally refuse to ship international Parcel Post thru the US Post Office because of the high number of lost/damaged packages and the outrageous length of time and hassle it takes to resolve problems.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

International Orders (4)

Can you show my package as a gift or repair?

Unfortunately, no.  We have been warned repeatedly by all the shippers to not do that.

International customs officials have seen every attempt to bypass their fees and are on the lookout for it.  If we do it once, there won’t be a problem.  If we do it more than once they will notice and start making things difficult and more expensive for all of our international customers in the future.

We are also required to send a commercial invoice with each package that shows the value of the products.  If we don’t supply the invoice with a value the package will not be shipped or it will be returned by customs officials.  If we lower the value we also have no protection in case of a lost or damaged shipment.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

How can I convert U.S. dollars to my local currency to see what my order is costing me?

We have a universal currency converter that will give you a very accurate conversion between U.S. dollars and your local currency.

Please remember:  All prices shown on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Can you accept a check payment for an international order?

Yes, but only if the check is from a U.S. bank.  We also accept U.S. Bank or Postal Money Orders.

We cannot accept checks or money orders on international banks.  International orders must be paid for by a major credit card or Western Union money order.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

International shipping is done exclusively by DHL Express courier service on most of our products.

Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.

Delivery Times are typically around 4 – 6 days, plus whatever time it takes for your local customs officials to clear the package for delivery. Total time can be anywhere from one week to 4 weeks.

Because of their weight Foot Shakers and Stress Busters are drop-shipped for us by Parcel Post to keep the cost reasonable.  It can take up to 2 months for a delivery, so please be patient. Parcel Post deliveries can not be tracked, so please don’t call after a month asking where the package is.

Overseas delivery charges are quite a bit more expensive and the additional expense will be added to your order once it is processed.  We get discounted rates from DHL that are much lower than FedEx and UPS, but typical overseas shipments still add $20 – $30 in additional charges.  It actually costs us between $25 – $45 in courier fees for an overseas delivery, whether it’s a Silver Pulser, a video, or a $14 booklet.  Some countries are much more expensive than others. Larger and heavier packages are naturally even more expensive, so if you order multiple items expect a higher charge.  We do our best to keep shipping to a minimum, but it’s still expensive to ship international and there is little we can do about it.

We have no control over the length of delivery time or any import duties or taxes you may have to pay.

Cleanses (1)

Can I use a Zapper while doing a Kidney or Liver/Gallbladder cleanse?

Yes, there is no reason not to zap while doing a cleanse.  If you have a lot of parasites they may make it harder to release gallstones and kidney stones, but cleanses are still helpful.  Plan on doing more than one cleanse.  Once is not enough!

Zappicator (3)

Will my zapper work with the Zappicator or do I have to buy a new zapper?

The Zappicator is the newest development from Hulda Clark. We have been told there are some very specific requirements that must be met precisely or the Zappicator may not work correctly. The primary concern is that you need to know the positive output lead coming from the zapper and it has to have a frequency of around 2.5Khz or lower, preferably 1Khz.

We now have three Zappicator models: the Power Zappicator, the Auto-Zappicator, and the Tooth Zappicator.

The Power Zappicator is made by the same company that makes the Super Zapper DeLuxe.

The Auto-Zappicator and the Tooth Zappicator are made by the company that makes the Auto-Zap zapper.

There have been comments that any zapper will work with the Zappicator. We have no easy way of evaluating the effectiveness of our Zappicators with a regular zapper, so we can’t guarantee correct operation with any zapper other than those specifically mentioned with each zappicator.

The Super Zapper Deluxe models 2003 and 2004 will only work correctly with the Power Zappicator using a 1k key.

Previous versions (below version 3) of the Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 will not work correctly with a Zappicator because they are not able to use the 1000Hz smart key in the proper way. Only version 3 and higher is capable of using the 1000Hz smart key correctly so that it will work the way Dr. Clark has indicated.

If you have a Super Zapper DeLuxe 2003 that was purchased prior to fall of 2003, it most likely will not work with the 1000hz key. Also, the manufacturer of the Power Zappicator and the Super Zapper DeLuxe will not sell the 1000Hz key separately; it must be purchased with the Power Zappicator.

If you purchased a Super Zapper DeLuxe from us prior to fall 2003 and you want to use a Zappicator correctly, the only way we know to do this is to purchase the newest Super Zapper DeLuxe or use a different Zappicator.

Our Auto-Zappicator and the Tooth Zappicator are designed to work with the Auto-Zap but they should work with any zapper with a low enough frequency and a way of connecting them to the positive output lead of the zapper.

A Zappicator MUST be connected to the positive output from the Zapper or it will not work.

What is the 1000Hz (1K) Smartkey used for?

Our Super Zapper DeLuxe (models 2003 version 3 and newer models) have the ability to use a 1000Hz (1K) Smartkey.  The 1K key is only for use with the Power Zappicator.  Check our KnowledgeBase for more info on the Zappicator.

Warning!!  The 1000Hz Smartkey is ONLY for use with a Zappicator. It is VERY STRONG and will SHOCK most people if used for normal zapping. DO NOT USE FOR ZAPPING!

What is a Zappicator?

The Zappicator is Dr. Hulda Clark’s latest innovation and is used to treat food to remove toxins. It requires the use of a Zapper to supply the current and frequencies needed to make it work.

We offer three models:

  • The Power Zappicator for use with the Super Zapper DeLuxe.
  • The Auto-Zappicator for use with the Auto-Zap zapper
  • The Tooth Zappicator, also for use with the Auto-Zap zapper

The Zappicator can be made in a variety of ways.  The most common Zappicator looks looks like a simple cutting board or just a flat plastic box. Food is placed on top of the zappicator and a Zapper is connected providing the correct frequency and current. For best results a 1000Hz frequency should be used.

A Zappicator MUST be connected to the positive output from a Zapper or it will not work correctly.

Full instructions on how to build a Zappicator and how it is used can be found in Dr. Clark’s latest book.

Colloidal Silver (14)

What’s the difference between Constant-current and Current-limit?

Our RSG-1 Combo unit uses current-limit output instead of constant-current to produce Colloidal Silver. Constant-current and Current-limit are very similar in the way they work. The end result is that constant-current (with a lower current) is slower and more forgiving (not as easy to “over cook”), and (maybe) a bit better quality. Current-limit (with a higher current) is faster, still high quality, but easier to over cook. The quality difference is probably verysmalland not worth considering. The main difference is the time involved.

What do you know about Colloidal Copper or Colloidal Gold?

Although Colloidal versions of Gold, Copper, and other metals can be found by searching on Internet Search engines, toolsforhealing.com does not sell these products or offer any advice on their use at this time.

Various claims are made about Colloidal Gold that appear to be validated by some research, but we cannot offer any medical advice on it’s effectiveness or use.

Do I have to use distilled water to make colloidal silver?

Generally, yes. Distilled water is normally the only water that is pure enough to use when making colloidal silver. Other types of water will work as long as they are very pure.

Mineral water, spring water, evian, etc., will not work because of the amount of mineral content and impurities in them. When making colloidal silver you don’t want anything in the water because whatever is in it will also become colloidal, potentially causing problems.

When I make Colloidal Silver it comes out cloudy or milky looking. Is this OK?

No.  The finished product should be clear to only a light pale yellow in color.  A cloudy or milky look is an indication that the water you are using has too many impurities.  You can water your plants with it but don’t drink it.

Can I make a gallon or more of Colloidal Silver at a time?

Yes.  Any Colloidal Silver generator will make larger amounts, it just takes longer, depending on the amount and purity of the distilled water you use.

How long will the silver rods that came with my generator last?

The amount of Colloidal Silver you can make with a set of silver wires varies widely, but it is generally estimated to be around 60 – 80 gallons with a 5″ – 6″ set of wires.

Can I use tap water to make Colloidal Silver?

Absolutely NOT!  Tap water, purified water, mineral water, spring water, etc. have too many impurities in them and will not produce Colloidal Silver good enough for normal use.  Distilled water is the only water that is normally pure enough to work correctly.

When you make Colloidal Silver it should be clear or have only a slight yellow tint.  If it is cloudy or milky looking, or has a dark color, don’t use it.

Is 5ppm effective or should I make/use 20ppm?

All the studies we have seen say 3ppm – 5ppm is effective.  Using a higher ppm Colloidal Silver product is a personal choice that we can’t comment on.

Should salt be added to the water when making Colloidal Silver?

Absolutely NOT!  Never add anything to your water when making Colloidal Silver.  Although salt will speed up the process, it will add impurities to the finished product that you don’t want.

How much is a new set of silver rods for my Silver Maker?

Current prices (which haven’t changed in a number of years) are about $12 – $13 per set for 5″ – 6″ wires (shipping extra).

What’s the correct way to make Colloidal Silver with my generator?

Using standard silver generators the technique is pretty simple. The key ingredient is the distilled water. The purer the water, the better the finished product.

When making Colloidal Silver let your generator run until you notice a yellow tint to the water. Once you notice the yellow color, stop immediately. Next time you make CS using the same quality and amount of water, simply stop the procedure about 10 minutes sooner. If you still get a yellow color, take off another 10 minutes the next time as well. Keep doing this until the finished product is a clear to only a very light, pale yellow color after it has set overnight.

The idea is to stop right before you start getting the yellow tint. The yellow color happens normally around 8ppm – 9ppm. When you stop a bit short of that you should have the 5ppm – 7ppm that most researchers say is the desired ppm.

If you get any cloudiness, milky-looking, dark tint or color, your water is probably not pure enough. Throw it away (or water your plants with it) and start over.

Is the CSG5 Colloidal Silver Generator being discontinued?

Yes.  Once existing inventory has been sold no more will be manufactured.

How much Colloidal Silver can I make at one time?

There is no limit to the amount of Colloidal Silver you can make at one time.  Typically, people make anywhere from a single glass full to as much as a gallon.  Naturally, a gallon will take longer than a glass of about 12 – 16 ounces, but the length of time is the only real difference.

Remember, the finished product should be clear to a slightly yellow tint.  If there is any cloudiness or milky look to it, the distilled water being used has too many impurities in it.

The length of time involved is totally based on the quality and amount of distilled water being used.

What does “Ionic Silver” mean?

The word “ionic” refers to a condition where a particle has an electric charge. In the case of “electro-colloidal” silver (made with a typcial battery or A/C operated generator), this electric charge is ALWAYS positive. Silver will not form a negatively charged ion.

So, the truth is that electro-colloidal silver is BOTH colloidal and ionic. It is considered colloidal because of the particle SIZE and it is considered ionic because of the particle CHARGE. In fact, most of the biological studies suggest it is colloidal silver’s ionic characteristics that make it such a good germicide. It is also interesting to note that the old chemistry books make no distinction between the colloidal and ionic states of the electro-colloidal metals.

Parasites (3)

How long does it take to eliminate Parasites?

The length of time varies widely with each person.  Each of us is unique and our internal “biological terrain”, including our level of parasite infestation, can be very different, even within the same family.  It is impossible to give any accurate answer to how long it takes to clear parasites.

A good rule of thumb is to give any parasite cleanse procedure a minimum of 30 days. If you are using an herbal parasite cleanse it may only last about 3 weeks; that’s okay. Do as much as you feel comfortable with and remember one very important fact:

You can’t get every parasite in the body, regardless of what you do. The only solution is to develop a long-term maintanence procedure so that, once you do your initial parasite cleanse, you can keep as clean as possible without a lot of effort.

Where do dead parasites go?

When parasites are killed by zapping, pulsing, taking herbs, etc., your body eliminates them thru whatever means it has available.  Frequently this produces what is commonly called a “cleansing” or “detoxing” reaction as the body works on eliminating the dead and/or dying parasites.

It’s always a good idea to drink lots of water to help the body flush things as quickly as possible.

We have many customers who worry that they will see worms coming out of their skin or a toilet bowl full of squirming things.  Although that has been known to happen, it’s rare and only tends to happen in extreme situations.  Most parasites are simply eliminated along with the normal stuff and aren’t visible at all. So don’t worry about the gross stuff, it’s not likely to happen.  If it does, just be thankful you no longer have that stuff inside of you.

Are there any side affects when killing Parasites?

Every person is different so there is not a single answer that will fit everybody. Generally, people may feel a little sluggish for a day or two, or may have a bit of a back ache, a headache, etc. Usually it’s pretty mild.

If you have a particular problem it may become worse for a few days as your body is attempting to clear out the dead and dying parasites.

All of these reactions are referred to as Herxheimer reactions, cleansing reactions, detoxing, etc. They are as varied as each individual. Many times people feel absolutely nothing and wonder if anything is happening.

On rare ocassions a very strong reaction can be experienced. Even rarer, a very few people are hit so hard they have to go to bed for a day to recover, but this is usually only in extreme cases with some one who is very toxic and knows it.
