Many of our products are drop-shipped from our suppliers or manufacturers. For some time now shipping times have been slowed down by a few extra days due to increased security measures throughout the country and by changes in shipping procedures at the manufacturers. Whenever possible we stock and ship products in-house so you get your order as soon as possible, but it’s simply not possible to keep all items in stock all the time.
Our PDF products, such as the QuickSync guide, are emailed directly to you within a few hours to a day, depending on just how busy things are and when your order comes in. Allow us some time off over weekends and on holidays.
We use DHL Express shipping exclusively for all orders we personally ship. Drop-shipments by manufacturers, distributors, etc. may use any of the major shippers. All packages shipped by DHL are insured and tracking numbers are provided, so we know the exact date and time your package is delivered. Once your order is shipped, however, we are at the mercy of the shipper and, although we have very few problems with shipments, occasionally things do happen…

call or email us so we can find out what happened.
(Overseas orders are the exception!)
Please note: We no longer ship any products internationally. Canada is the only exception.
International shipping (excluding Canada) is now done exclusively by DHL Express courier service. Delivery Times are typically around 4 – 6 days, plus whatever time it takes for your local customs officials to clear the package for local delivery. This can take another 1 or 2 weeks.
Overseas delivery charges are quite a bit more expensive and the additional expense will be added to your order once it is processed.
Some days things just don’t get done as quickly as we would like, so please be patient. We will ship your order as soon as we possibly can, usually in 1 or 2 days, (except for international orders).
