I can’t reach you by phone. What can I do?

Fortunately, our business is very active and we deal with customers from all over the world daily.

Unfortunately, the volume of calls we receive make it impossible for us to answer all of them. We are doing the best we can and apologize if you have had trouble reaching us.

If you want to place an order and you know what you want to purchase and how much it will cost, you can call our 24 hour phone order line.

Our 24 hour order line is always available, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you can call anytime, day or night, but…


Our call center order takers are great people but they cannot answer questions about the products or give you a final total including shipping charges. Their purpose is simply to take the order and send it to us each day so we can process it and get it headed your way. They know nothing about the products and cannot answer any questions.

You can also access our shopping cart help system which has specific answers to questions about how to use it, how to check the status of your order, etc. If you have a question about your order, please check your account online before contacting us. We put all available information online for you to see when you log into your account.

We really do answer phone calls daily (weekends and holidays excluded) and do our best to catch every single call that comes through. If you call during the evening or on the weekend we will not be available, so please don’t waste your time. The best time to reach us tends to be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm eastern time, Monday thru Friday.
