I messed up my order online. What can I do to fix it?

Our shopping cart will let you make changes to your order up to the point where we begin processing it. Simply login to yor account using the username and password you used when placing your order and make your changes.

You can also call us at 888-257-4273 from 10:00am – 4:00pm eastern time, or email us and let us know what the problem is. We process all orders manually and generally catch the obvious mistakes before billing your credit card or shipping the product.
