I never received an email confirmation on my order. Did it go thru?

Our shopping cart software always sends an email confirmation to the email address that it is given during the checkout process. If you enter an invalid address, your mailbox is full, your ISP mailserver is down, etc., you won’t get the confirmation.

Many people have anti-spam filters or anti-virus software active on their computer which sometimes prevents emails from being received.

So many email servers are being regularly hit with viruses that lots of emails are simply lost in cyberspace and never delivered because of the disruptions. We have no way of knowing if you get your email or not.

If you don’t get a confirmation within 1 day of placing the order you can logon to your account with us and check on the status of the order.

As a last resort you can call or email us.
