I think my shipment has been lost or stolen. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your order but the tracking number shows it has been delivered… please contact the shipper to confirm their delivery records and let them know you think it has been lost or stolen.

If you haven’t received your order and the tracking number shows it has not been delivered yet… please be patient. If the shipping dates are obviously way off and the package should have already been delivered, please contact the shipper and discuss it with them. If you can’t get anywhere with them please call us and let us know. We are here to help you with your order as best we can.

If your order does not have a tracking number (many don’t, particularly small items and books) and more than a reasonable length of time has gone by… please let us know. A reasonable delivery time for the shipments in the U.S. using the Postal service is from 1 to 2 weeks, and for deliveries to Canada generally 2 – 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, shipments using the Postal Service are not considered by them to be late until at least 6 weeks have gone by. We have had packages show up after as much as 5 – 7 weeks, and even had a couple of cases where the original package was delivered on the same day as a replacement package sent by us.

Please be patient. We have an excellent track record of resolving shipping/delivery problems and won’t stop till we get a problem resolved.
