I’ve created an account but when I enter my username and password it won’t let me in. What can I do?

There are no problems with our software that we are aware of. The vast majority of the time, when someone says their username and/or password won’t work, they are simply entering them wrong.

Your username is your email address. The password is whatever you put in when you created the account. Make sure you are not putting spaces anywhere in the username or password and are not using Capital letters.

Most importantly, make sure you are spelling your username and password correctly. That is where most problems arise.
