The best thing to do is to refuse the package and call us to let us know it is being returned damaged. If you call we can work quickly to get a replacement package sent to you.
If you’ve already accepted the package, check the contents thoroughly and then call the shipper and let them know that package was damaged. Then call us and let us know what was damaged so we can work to get it replaced for you as quickly as possible. The damaged package and/or products will have to be returned to us if possible for credit.
