Don’t drink ozonated water late in the evening. The increased oxygen levels can cause an increase in internal temperatures a number of hours later, which can cause you to wake up in the middle of the night feeling quite warm. Drink it in the morning and throughout the day, but no later than around 7pm or 8pm.
